One Message Can't Win Four Different Mindsets

Most outbound sends one email to the whole list, as if every buyer on it cares about the same thing. A plant manager is measured on uptime, a procurement lead on savings, a managing director on margin. A message written for all of them lands with none of them.

So we never run one campaign. We split your list by role, write each group its own email, and open it with a signal from their own company. Same list, same effort, about ten times the replies.

Every door into the account

The Right Person Isn't Always the First Reply

Most teams think they have to reach the CEO, or the one person who owns the problem.
In practice, when something costs a company money, everyone around it knows about it.

So we open every relevant door. Not random people: the roles that feel the problem every day. One of them replies, forwards you to the person who decides, and the meeting happens with an internal recommendation attached.

How We Run Your Campaign

Most agencies scrape a list and run it through generic AI personalization for a cheeky first line. We don't use off-the-shelf tools, we built our own, so the whole campaign runs as one engineered pipeline: nine steps from strategy to a booked meeting.

The difference shows up at step 06: instead of sending one message to the whole list, we split it by what each role is measured on and write every audience its own pitch.

Your total time commitment: under 2 hours.
One 45‑minute kickoff call to calibrate your ICP and offer, 20 minutes to review and approve the sequence copy, and your calendar booking link.
We handle all data engineering, domain infrastructure, daily sending and reply management from there.

Step 01 of 09 · The blueprint

Strategy

We turn a 45-minute call into a one-page campaign brief: your offer, the companies worth targeting, who buys, and who to leave out. Nothing is built until you approve it.

  • 45-minute kickoff call
  • Offer angle and proof points
  • Exclusion rules: size, industry, competitors

Step 02 of 09 · The backend

Infrastructure setup

While we build your list, we set up dedicated sending infrastructure in parallel: separate domains, authenticated mailboxes, and a full DNS and warm-up cycle, so your main company domain is never touched.

  • Separate domains and mailboxes provisioned
  • Full SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication
  • 10 to 14 days of automated warm-up

Step 03 of 09 · The data

Account sourcing

We pull companies and decision-makers from Sales Navigator, Apollo and industry registries. An AI agent then reads every company website and removes the ones that only look like a fit.

  • Sales Navigator, Apollo, registries
  • AI agent reads each website
  • Wrong-fit companies removed

Step 04 of 09 · The data

Scraping & enrichment

Agents scan job boards, news and company websites for every account: open roles, new sites, investments, leadership changes. That context becomes the reason to write now.

  • Job boards: open roles
  • News: new sites, investments
  • Websites: products, certifications

Step 05 of 09 · The data

Data validation & cleaning

Every email address is checked against the mail server before it goes near a campaign, and messy registry data, company names, titles and salutations, gets cleaned up so the first line of every email reads like a person wrote it, not a database.

  • Mail-server check per address
  • Legal suffixes removed, titles turned into plain roles
  • Generic inboxes like info@ skipped

Step 06 of 09 · The messaging

Audience split

One list, four conversations. A plant manager is measured on downtime, a managing director on margins, so we split the list by role and give each audience its own pitch instead of one generic message.

  • Split by role and what they are measured on
  • One pitch per audience
  • Reply rate tracked per audience

Ops Directors1,400"Raise output without new hires"
Procurement Leads1,300"Lower supplier costs, same quality"
Managing Directors600"Protect margins as costs rise"
You get4 audiences, 4 pitches
Step 07 of 09 · The messaging

Copywriting

Every audience gets its own sequence, and every email opens with a line written from that lead’s own signals. You review and approve the copy before anything is sent.

  • One sequence per audience, 3 to 4 emails
  • First line written from each lead’s signals
  • You approve before launch

Step 08 of 09 · The engine

Campaign deployment

Once your infrastructure is warmed and the copy is approved, we launch sending at a careful, steady pace across every inbox so emails land in the inbox, not spam.

  • 30 emails per inbox per day

Frequently Asked Questions

05 / Clarity
A booked call is logged the moment an ICP-qualified decision-maker schedules a sales meeting on your calendar through our outreach. If someone books who clearly falls outside the ICP parameters agreed upon during our kickoff call, it does not count. Meetings count upon scheduling so neither party has to arbitrate subjective sales qualification after the call has taken place.
Every campaign reaches at least 5,000 qualified decision-makers. Based on our campaign data, that results in about 30 to 50 meetings for your team within 60 days. The exact number depends on your market, your offer and your deal size, and we give you a realistic estimate on the kickoff call.
The setup fee covers the entire technical foundation and your first 60 days of campaign operations: ICP calibration, negative exclusion rubrics, procurement and configuration of dedicated secondary sending domains and mailboxes, complete DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, custom tracking), automated warmup, multi-source lead scraping, deep SMTP verification, and bespoke sequence copywriting.
You do, 100%. All secondary domains, mailboxes, and curated lead datasets are configured for you and belong to your company. If you ever decide to bring outbound in-house or pause outreach, the entire infrastructure and dataset are yours to keep.
Because the person who decides is rarely the only one who feels the problem. When something costs a company money, everyone around it knows, and an ops director or plant manager can bring the managing director into the conversation with an internal recommendation attached. We never email people who have nothing to do with the problem, but we try every relevant door into the account instead of betting everything on one inbox.
From several sources, never a single database. We pull companies and decision-makers from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, B2B databases like Apollo, industry registries and directories, Google Maps, job boards and company websites. Every record is then enriched, checked by an AI agent for real fit, and every email address is verified before anything is sent. The final list belongs to you.
To insulate and protect your primary corporate domain reputation at all costs. We purchase secondary domains that resemble your brand (e.g., get-yourcompany.com or yourcompany-hq.com), authenticate them with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and warm them up before sending cold volume. Your primary business email remains untouched and pristine.
Dedicated secondary domains require 10–14 days of automated warmup to establish high sender trust with Google and Microsoft filters. During those two weeks, we calibrate your ICP, engineer your custom target lead list, and draft your sequence copy. The day domain warmup completes, your campaign launches immediately.
Your setup fee includes your initial 60 days of active sending, daily inbox management, objection handling, and meeting booking. At day 60, we conduct a joint performance review to evaluate reply rates, conversion metrics, and pipeline generated. If both parties agree to continue, we transition into an ongoing monthly campaign management retainer.
Under 2 hours total. One 45-minute kickoff call to define your commercial profile and target buyers, 20 minutes to review and approve the draft sequence copy, and providing your calendar booking link (Calendly, Cal.com or your CRM). We handle all data engineering, infrastructure, daily sending, and objection handling from there.
